What do i need to do?

I never did anything like this before, how does this all work?

All we ask you to do is:

*Pack-up your media and bring it to us.

(If there is a specific way you would like your files to be transferred (as example by years), we ask you to mark and sort the media your-self (as example with sticky notes, stickers or sharpie) prior to bringing them in.)

*When you’re in our lobby, we will take a look at what you did bring us and go briefly over the whole process with you.

*One of our Tech’s will count your media (roughly count if many pictures, slides or negatives) and create an estimate.

This estimate then reflects the approximately total cost of your order.

We ask customers to reply / approve this estimate, before we change it into an Invoice and start to work the order.

If we don’t get a approved reply, we will not start with the order.

*Once your order is approved, we will start working.

As soon as it is finished, we will contact you again with a final Invoice.

This invoice can easily be paid online, or here in our lobby when you pick up your order.

*We accept all major Credit Cards & Cash (No Checks)

*We will hand all media back to you, after we are finished with the order and the invoice is paid.
